Who we are

Carter Pounders, a Certified Professional LifeCoach, has spent over two decades mentoring, coaching and consulting.  A proud Asheville native, Carter graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. His passion for entrepreneurship led him to establish Asheville Dream Enablers (A.D.E.), a platform that empowers young entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams.  When he’s not immersed in these ventures, you’ll find Carter maintaining his fitness and indulging his love for basketball through officiating.  His experiences and expertise culminate in his book, A Journey to Freedom, providing invaluable guidance for those navigating significant life transitions.
